If Adam Greg gets penalised for unnecessary torture or suffering- will the M.O.D.?

No. I too have served and seen friends killed but I don't go out and ill treat animals. The man knew what was expected of him and as for being kicked out by the MOD If he had been suffering from PTS he would have received help. Without being cynical this PTS excuse is used a little to often.
