Just a quick question?

I guess you can say that Im going to ask about if these are signs of loyalty and faith in mine and my GF's relationship see she went camping with her friends this weekend and i myself attended a friends birthday party and passed out but that aside; both of us are in an LDR we have been together physically beforehand as she was born and raised here in the Philippines and I currently am finishing my studies here to get my degree in nursing. Well last night I didn't get to talk to her when she was on skype because she was talking with her family and of course as any filipino or anyone in the filipino culture would know its family first before anything at all ever once again not relevant im going off on tangents but building up to my point quickly. She said she'll talk to me later which is understandable as I had just hopped on to tell her hello and I love her because I was about to head out to my friends B-day party. She calls me 2 am my time which would be roughly 8:30 pm in Norway where she currently is at and says "Hi Honey I just wanted to tell you that we are here at the campsite now; where are you now are you at home? " I then told her no Im at my friends party. She seemed to be bothered a bit by the fact that i got Drunk and passed out prior to when she called but upon the closure of the phone call she says " Have fun honey I miss you so much love you and take care when you go home be careful ok Bye bye " Im just wondering if her calling is a sign of trust,caring, loyalty and faith.
