If I cancel my flight online on CebuPacifc, will the fees be returned to my card?
I want to cancel my flight from Manila to KL. But calling them is too much trouble as they don't manage call properly. I want to cancel my flight via their online CANCEL BOOKING but I'm afraid if the fees will be debited back eventually or not. Please help.
